I think my Circle 2 is dead.

It worked fine until 4:40 pm this afternoon, stopped responding in HomeKit so I try the bike test. It came with a pulsing red / orangy LED ring and nothing else. I thought about resetting it, so I tried to press the reset button until the blue / purple ring starts flashing, but nothing happens. When I press it, the ring LED goes out and stays that way.

The camera has been converted to HomeKit Secure Video and uses firmware v8.0.48. All my other rooms seem to work fine.

Has anyone else had a similar problem? You have already contacted Logitech support.
