IDevices outdoors gives me a hard time

Cupertino, July 14, 2019

Last week, I added the iHome outdoor switch and it works well unless it tells me I haven't found when I'm away from home. So in the front of my house I bought the iDevices outdoor switch with the dual output when I pair it to my Wi-Fi, it goes smoothly, but when I pair it to HomeKit it's code is wrong and the socket is now useless, since I can't access it from home, nor can I access it from the original app. I've been trying to connect to both 2.4 and 5G networks, I've also tried to connect to my Google Wi-Fi connection. Nothing seems to work I have reset it several times I want to have exhausted all efforts, please help.
