Does anyone have any suggestions for fixing my IKEA Smart Shade? I have two Fyrtur blinds and one of them stopped halfway when I closed them last night and hasn't moved since. I tried: - Removing the battery and putting it back in - Fully charging the battery and putting it back in - Using the other battery in the working shade - Wiping and reconnecting the shadow in the hub The lights on it come on, but the blind roller does not move at all last night. Hoping that someone found a solution before spending eternity waiting for the horrible phone line of IKEA customer service.
