Inconsistent use of cameras in HomeKit

Sometimes I can see my cameras in HomeKit and sometimes I get "the camera doesn't respond to the message". Usually, I have to use the native application (Arlo or Eufy) to view the video. I'm not sure why there's a problem. These are wireless rooms with WiFi. Currently using Eufy. Anyone have this problem and if so, do you ever find a solution?
