Hi everyone, my question is about IR blasters in HomeKit. As I go through previous posts on this sub, I think I understand that HomeKit-compatible native IR blasters don't exist, and you need to use HomeBridge to enable this option. I read in a previous post that it is not possible for an IR blaster to work natively with HomeKit, because this protocol requires two-way communication with the device. But then I don't understand how Sensibo Air can offer this integration, while it's practically just an IR transmitter. I want to control my air conditioning, TV and fan, but I don't want to buy a Raspberry Pi, so I'm looking for a solution and Sensibo Air will only control my air conditioning. Any idea ? Thank you in advance !
