I know this is not new. And I feel like I've tried all the normal suggestions. But the frequency of alerts is so maddening that I have to mute my cameras most of the time, defeating their purpose. The picture below is my child approaching and leaving his room. 4 notifications back to back. And even 1 minute away would be a break. But 2 as "now" every time? I set to notifications for "a clip is being recorded". Because that's the advice I keep seeing. It didn't help. Should I try a fake switch automation? Like when motion is detected, turn on the smart plug for 5 minutes with - when the smart plug is on, not the camera notifications?
