I have one of these things and, like most people here, mine is very lightning fast.
I never bothered to update the firmware, but I thought I should finally try. when I called their helpline today, they told me there were no updates available. according to the home app, the FW level is 2.6.3, but I've seen other posts here with strings of firmware versions longer than that.
have they simply stopped supporting them or is there really no FW beyond 2.6.3?

that document says to call if it is on 2.6.3 and has connectivity issues. is it obsolete?
