I realize that it is not rendered below fair, but there is no special one for beta testing that I tried. So please forgive me.
I was enrolled in the beta test program until 13.1, then I was not registered, but I did not delete my account / left the program. Since then, I applied for the XS Max and changed it because of the cracks. Now I can download the profile, but when I upgrade to beta, it just shows that my phone is updated. At the same time, I can't subscribe to Apple TV 4K in beta updates. This option is simply not there on Apple TV. Has anyone else had this problem? How can I solve this?

I managed to get the beta option by resetting Apple TV, however, failed to upgrade.
