I recently installed a VOCOlinc LS2 light strip behind the head of my bed. Looks pretty good. I have automated and created scenes for my bedroom, which include tape.
But one thing I would like to do is synchronize it with the other lights in the room, which are controlled by the Lutron dimmers and, most often, the Pico remote controls on both nightstands. The Pico remote controls are paired with multiple lamps in the room via the Lutron app, so when I press the up / down brightness buttons on the Pico, all the grouped lights move up and down proportionally.
I don't think it's possible, but it would be really great if you could synchronize the brightness level of the light strip with the lamps through HomeKit, so when we lowered the brightness of one by Pico, it controls the other proportionally.
I know I can just tell my HomePod to reduce all the bedroom lights by x%, but the scenario is that I often do it when my wife is dosing and I want to lower the lights a little quietly, without having to use my phone to trigger a scene.
