I have a Circle View in the garage and a separate HomeKit accessory that controls the garage door. I would like to create an automation that starts to record if the garage door opens (ideally if I’m not at home, but that’s not essential). If you create a new automation based on opening the garage door, no “registration” action appears for the circle view. It seems that recording can only be triggered by the camera’s motion sensor. Correct? So there is no way to trigger the recording of an event from another HomeKit. Thank you in advance!
