Hi all, I have a Shlage Sense installed and when I first installed it, it would connect to the Shlage app (and integrate into the Home app) perfectly. Had to get a replacement (under warranty) after about a year and when I replaced it I never bothered to log in via the Schlage app as it worked great via the Home app - can lock/unlock, send alerts And so on Now I'm trying to connect it to the Schlage app itself so I can play with some settings and it won't connect. There is no QR code to scan, on the lock itself or in the manuals (all that is in the manual is a number, but there is nowhere in the app to enter it), and when I try to "Choose another method" to log in, it shows three different Schlage locks and Sense is not one of the options. Am I missing something or is Sense simply no longer supported through the actual Schlage app?
