I just received a wired ringtone with Starling in the hopes that the notifications would come quickly and reliably. Unfortunately, the nest app sometimes takes more than 10 seconds to receive notification when someone rings the ringtone and HomeKit is usually even slower. Ringtones, above all, should respond quickly and reliably. I read too many bad reviews about a lot of ringtones and I need a recommendation. It would also be great if I could receive the notification directly from the Home app.
