Is there a way to make a shortcut to turn on an iPad screen based on the HomeKit motion sensor?

Cupertino, September 19, 2020

I have iPads mounted at home to control the HomeKit and I would like it to wake up the screen if motion is detected in the room. It would be even better if it could open the iPad to a certain app (the way the camera can be opened, but you still have to unlock it to go to any other app), but I don't assume it's possible for security reasons.

Is there a way to make a shortcut to turn on / off the screen at least when motion is detected?
