I know there are apps that will introduce time-based automation for lights and some that will make simple commands in real time while the app is open. But is there any place where I could pre-program a sequence of colors and brightness, and as long as the app is open, could it send that command sequence to repeat? For example, a sequence would be to leave the saturation at 100%, have the brightness at any level and then let me cycle through shades at 1 or 2 degrees per second, so that the cycle repeats every few minutes? Or something like that? Some bulbs have a built-in function to do this, but they are all too simple because they need to be completely preloaded into the bulb’s memory. Having an app that can run on my iPad, this will allow me to choose a bunch of bulbs and have them run through the same synchronized model at whatever speed I want, it would be great.
Is there an application that can control complex light sequences while the application is open?
