Is there still no better HomeKit lock than Schlage Sense?

Cupertino, November 4, 2021

I bought 2 Schlage Sense locks when they were first shipped (2016?). I installed the same pair when I moved from one house to another. It still works as well as when it was new. Together with the nearby HomePods, it works perfectly with the HomeKit. Their keyboards have never worn out or even worn out on commonly used numbers. They needed no maintenance. Although slow due to the fact that they are Bluetooth, I can access them from anywhere to open / close / update codes / etc. At one point, I tried a Yale and wifi lock and it was much more complicated and cumbersome ... and I saw people posting photos with various issues, such as significant damage to the keyboard screen due to normal wear and tear. So I stayed with the trusty old Schlages. But now they are 6-7 years old. And I need a few more locks for a new house. There must be something that overshadowed the Sense, right? Something that is native thread? Something that accepts the Home key? Something that is just as durable and reliable, but that has all the new features ... right?
