It took Soneria Circle View to stay online for 36 hours and count!

Cupertino, October 5, 2021

Fully aware of the problems people have with Soneria Circle View, but also wanting to cancel my house and add HSKV support, I bought a Sonerie Circle View about a month ago and was determined to put it in function. One day, I quickly had the problems that everyone else was reporting - the flashing white and yellow light. I tried everything I could think of to make it work. I replaced my existing 24V transformer with a new one - no. Reconnect everything completely - bait. I don't have a real bell anymore, so I tried with and without the bell kit - it didn't matter. Asking Logitech to push down the beta firmware - I made them do it, but did nothing ... Finally, I purchased a [18V transformer from Amazon](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08QCTH2KY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) instead. It's been solid ever since. The door gets direct sunlight for most of the afternoon and it was very hot here, but it was on since yesterday at noon without any problems, except when my entire internet connection fell overnight for one hour. I also changed my router and moved the electrical cables and bell to separate junction boxes, but I think the transformer actually did. I cut about 80% of the wire because it was too long for my purposes, but it works well. Fingers crossed that we stay at work!
