It triggers ... it does not trigger!

Cupertino, January 31, 2020

This has already been discussed, but I can't seem to find anything on this topic when I search for it: I created 2 rules in the Eve application to control my humidifier. Therefore, if the humidity drops, the car starts with 40% and when it is more than 50% it stops. Nothing special here. But I also added a time frame as a condition, so that the machine only works between 17:00 and 22:00. Here's the problem: if at 17:00% it is at 30%, the device will not turn on, because that level of 40% has not passed in this time frame, the same for the 50% threshold. Now I have received an iHome iSS50, so it is always powered, so it would be no problem to question it every 5 minutes (or so) to get the% humidity. Is there a way to force a sensor read every x min? Or any other ideas for this work to work properly?
