Jump over the Logitech Circle 2 camera

Cupertino, September 6, 2020

I hope this post is relevant to this sub, sorry if not, but I have a big problem with my Logitech Circle 2 camera and can't find a solution elsewhere.

I have the camera window mounted, connected to the network and connected to my iPhone and facing the street in front of our house to keep an eye on our cars, but I noticed that it omits parts and does not record everything. In short, I only witnessed illegal antisocial behavior in front of our house and I wanted to save the video, but when I checked the app, it seems to have jumped forward and missed the 90 seconds in which anything happens - we can see people who arrive and then leave, but no proof of what they did!

I'm not a subscriber to the secure circles subscription service, but do I understand that the camera should record continuously and store it for only 24 hours? How can I make sure the camera isn't missing anything?
