Leave / Arrive "Home" automation that does not trigger

Cupertino, January 31, 2021

Hello, boys! & # x200B; I have 7 Hue lights in my apartment and about 30-40 in my business. The apartment is shared with my GF with an Apple TV4k and every automation works well. & # x200B; The problem is: The business is shared with colleagues to trigger automation of the arrival / departure of a homepod. Business automation is set to "if last person leaves - turn off the lights" and vice versa. The problem is that the location of the shutter is always set to "private". Changing the location to the real address of the company will eliminate all my colleagues from automation. Automation will not start with the private address. & # x200B; We tried: - using a separate Apple ID for our business, which is connected to all our iPads and Macs and used the People trigger "if X's last person leaves" while removing the business ID real Apple from the trigger and using only Apple IDs from my colleagues and from me, but this didn't work either. & # x200B; - disabling homekit location sharing on all our business iPads, but disabling the option to use the People trigger. & # x200B; - Reset and rebuild your home app multiple times with both Apple IDs. & # x200B; & # x200B; & # x200B; & # x200B; There is no way to troubleshoot. It would be much easier to see which device is causing the problem. & # x200B; Do you have any idea what else I could try?
