Hello, I recently bought and installed two of these switches (LeGrand Smart Tru-Universal Dimmer with HomeKit / Radiant Collection technology). Looks like I can’t add them to the Home app. *** Note ****: I have no less than 20 other HomeKit devices in my house, many of them being light switches from other brands (Sylvania, mainly). It all works well. * I receive this screen immediately after scanning the QR code and selecting the switch:
[Home app error message](https://preview.redd.it/ojm9hktunwg61.jpg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6d96e606532008b76b38ce0ad3d6601816b3d786) I tried the following: * Connecting to the 2.4 GHz network * the switch (hold the palette up for 15 sec.) called Legrand for help and did what the technology suggests: * Remove the app from home and reinstall it * Using a different iPhone (yes, iOS is updated) The technology suggested that I go to router settings and make sure UPnP is enabled as well as Multicast. Unfortunately, I have an AT&T Arris / BGW210 router, and as far as I can tell, is this setting off by default / hidden / hard to boot? in the router I’m not sure where to go from here, except for returning the switches. Any suggestion .. welcome !! THANK YOU people !!
