I recently installed two-level locks. My experience so far has been pretty good! I am satisfied with the purchase and would buy again. Others have posted their experiences with level locking and I am glad that many have said that they are not perfect yet, but overall, I am happy and glad that I got them.
The installation of both was quite direct and not too difficult. For reference, I'm not super handy, but I was able to install both of them quite easily. I had to make some minor adjustments to the door and / or frame to make them align properly. Once I got that, everything worked out great.
The level lock application needs some work. Especially the security features, but the support for level locking told me that they are working on application upgrades and that they will be soon. I can not wait. It pairs easily with HomeKit and everything worked great so far.
For me, the hidden smart lock is exactly what I expected. After the app updates will add more features / options, they will be perfect for my uses.
