Lifx lights not working with HomeKit, but working with Alexa

Cupertino, October 4, 2021

I have two Lifx Mini C lights at home but they don’t appear to be working with HomeKit. I’ve tried repairing the devices several times, but I can’t control them from my iPhone/HomePod at all. However, it works absolutely fine with my Amazon Alexa Echo Dot.

Once I pair with HomeKit, the lights work for about five seconds before showing “no response” and no matter what I do I can’t get them to work. Oddly it shows paired with HomeKit on the Lifx app, so not sure what’s the issue here.

Anyone have any suggestions? Or anyone else facing this issue? I’d be really grateful for some advice
