I just got this answer from their live chat help. This is probably not a surprise to anyone, but I wanted to mention that if you bought one from Best Buy after March 1, the extended return window due to Covid-19 ends on Sunday, May 31st.
I have no other experience using more modern mesh routers. Even though it gave my smart devices a BIG improvement, they still had hiccups sometimes and I feel like there is probably a better router. Between that and the dubious promise of HomeKit support, I’m back on my own. My brother-in-law just gave me the Netgear Nighthawk X6, which was fried in a storm, although I think it was just the power adapter, so I hope I’ll be able to fix it and use it for now.
