Somehow a user's location in Home (administrator) is not available, even though: * Settings --> Privacy & Security --> Location Services --> Home --> On * Settings --> Privacy & Security -- > Services Location --> System Services --> --> HomeKit --> Enabled And this is done for all devices using this Apple ID.
