Has anyone successfully reset Circle 2 on HomeKit FW?
I moved apartments and reset my HomeKit environment to start over. I found that I can’t get my Circle 2 back after doing this. It was reset on the camera following Logi’s online instructions and still didn’t connect to either the HomeKit or the Circle app.
Logi support finally responded to my email a week later. He sent me different reset instructions for the HomeKit firmware and I closed my ticket without waiting to respond. These steps did not work. My device won’t respond at all and looks bricked.
Any suggestions? Really frustrated and no longer wants to use Logitech products because of such a poor customer experience.
