Logi buzzer still yellow after switching to a new transistor

Cupertino, January 18, 2024

The first picture is the old transistor. The second is new. The third shows the multimeter reading from the new transistor. The fourth shows the bell wires. The fifth shows the circuit breaker sharing one hot wire with another hot wire. I don't know why, but that's how it was set up before. The sixth shows the connection to ground (green) and neutral. (white) I replaced the wires exactly as the previous one was set up. Interestingly, before switching to the new transistor, early in the morning, the doorbell would actually show a video about the home kit. As the day went on, the video would stop. Any help on how to fix it would be appreciated.
