Logi Circle 2, hksv, has it improved?

Cupertino, March 30, 2021

Hi, User circle for a long time here ... I tried every hksv firmware from the first beta to 8.2.64, while it gradually improved - it was never "good". I've gone through the difficulty of downgrading already 3 times (logi support is a slow nightmare) - I'm currently on logi firmware. 8.2.64 was "ok" with a big if .. they were ok only in daylight. On the logi firmware, I have numerous records every night ... cars passing by, cats traveling through the area, insects, people, so on. Lots of activity. On the HomeKit? Zero activity, unless I specifically challenge it by making the chick funky right in front of the cameras, my neighbors probably had fun watching me test it. A person could literally come out of my house, triggering all the flood lights and tinting the exterior lights of the socket (using circle 2 motion sensors, btw ...) !! And no recordings yet .. lol The 3 circles 2 of mine on HomeKit look like perfect orbits at night where they are most needed. Logitech has not responded for months, except by registering private tickets for anyone who has questions in their "community". WiFi is powerful in all spaces, reaching 400/100 almost everywhere. Forced 2.4 connection based on Unifi. (I also tried 5G, but not as reliable from my experience) I received a HomePod and 2 minis as hubs, also 2 Apple TV 4K, but disabled as hubs. I am a senior infrastructure consultant and business owner, believe me - the house is better connected than most businesses 😎 unfortunately also quite stubborn - I WANT it to work! Has it improved in the last about 6 months? What is the current firmware version? Thanks 🤟
