Hi everyone, I recently moved house and changed WiFi networks and set up a new home in the Apple Home app. I had no trouble reconnecting the other HomeKit device, such as the Aqara Hub, the Philips Hue devices, and the Kogeek lights. However, I simply am not able to get Logi Circle 2 (wired and converted to HomeKit Secure Video) to reset and add to the new home.
I didn't remove it from the old HomeKit house (I didn't do this for other devices, but they all reset and added to the new house okay), could it have caused a problem?
When I press and hold the reset button, it first flashes magenta and yellow, then magenta and green after about 10 seconds. At this time, Logitech support documents say that the camera should beep twice to indicate a reset and can be added to a HomeKit. I don't have any lights or beeps at the moment.
If I hold the reset button for a very long time, it will toggle between magenta and red, but it still doesn't sound.
Has anyone faced this problem before?
