Anyone have problems with the ringer not working? I have it with Homekit on USB, it works great there. I did the wiring, I'm 100% sure it's absolutely correct (even if the instructions are horrible, they should be much simpler to write). I have 3v on the bell board, so the current is sent. The transformer has 16v 10va, so it is accepted. It worked well with my ring too, so it's fine. I would contact logitech, but both their online system and the phone don't seem to work or don't work. Frustrating. I don't have an LED in the bell kit. It makes me wonder if something breaks in the bell kit, but I get 3v on the line that I think is there to start the bell, which won't start. The bell is fully seated, etc.
