It's ridiculous that Logitech only allows 5-circle cameras when using iCloud servers to store video and HomeKit as an operating system. Anyone who has signed this decision should be fired, especially when it has exploded its advantage of offering HKSV-only rooms for larger homes that need more than five rooms. iCloud + supports an unlimited number of cameras through the 2TB plan. It seems that a compromise needs to be made to find a solid wired security camera system that integrates with HK. Arlo and Eufy have their own problems (for example, battery life, do not offer a cable option, etc.). I am really leaning towards an 8-room Ring system using a HOOBS homebridge Anyone have an alternative to an 8-unit outdoor HKSV native room system
