I know Logitech's ringview ringer has a bad reputation for its flaws. However, given this information, I still consider it a native HomeKit option due to the portrait view. I have a fully covered front patio and the area where the doorbell is is in complete shade all day. My concerns are that I live in SW Idaho where it is a very dry climate and we can easily hit 112-120f in the summer. Summers easily range from 95-110+ Fahrenheit from mid-May to mid-September. I'm also thinking about Eufy's doorbell as I already have a few of their wired security cameras outside. I'm not considering the Aqara because of the number of batteries required when I have a wired power option available. Does anyone in a similar climate with a similar 24/7 fully shaded space for the doorbell have any input?
