Greetings. I recently started with HomeKit and installed the Logitech ringtone this weekend. It worked fine and works as expected, but I can’t select Stream and Allow Recording in the ringtone options in the home app. When I try, I get the connection spinner for a few seconds, then nothing and no setting change. I can select the other three options, I just can’t get the record, so there are no records. I tried a lot of things to no avail. I use an Apple TV HD as my home hub. It was connected via Ethernet, I switched to WiFi and forced my WiFi network to use only the 2.4 GHz band. I reset Apple TV, removed it as a hub and brought it back, removed it, reset it and returned the ringtone, all without remedy. I have a proper iCloud storage plan, but this seems to me somewhat of an Apple / iCloud / HomeKit account issue. I have open tickets with Logitech and Apple, I thought I’d see if any of the HomeKit veterans have any ideas, so … Do you have any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks – Milt
