I bought Circle View on May 31st from the Apple Live iPhone Store. It arrived defective; will not stream any video at all, and the image displayed in the Home application is an image that only updates every 10 seconds. It will record motion clips, but the clips start too late and end too early and it is a coin, whether the clip will load and play or not. Also, no audio is recorded.
After about two days of fighting it, I decided to contact Logitech support. They made me do all kinds of tests, diagnostics and troubleshooting, but nothing solved it. After "climbing" the ticket several times over two months, the support fell silent. The Apple Store will not issue a refund or any return, as it has been so long (due to trying to work with Logitech support), so I will try RMA through Logitech as well. I'm not very hopeful.

Logitech in general has really come down in the last decade. I feel like they were top notch, but now even the keyboard and mouse software is crashing all the time. It makes me sad.
