I just tried to install the Logitech ringer with a circular view. I had another video ringtone August before and it worked flawlessly, but I wanted a better video and a homekit. I have a 16v 10va transformer and a mechanical bell. The bell rings very well and if I add the bell kit, no led light or bell happens. And no power to the bell. I changed the 2 and 3 threads and I'm out of luck. I'm hitting myself because I bought the unit on December 18, 2020, but I haven't been able to install it yet, because the exterior of my house is under construction. The ringer lights up very well with USB. Is my bell set defective?
