So, I'm having trouble sending ringtone notifications to my phone. Everyone else in the family receives the push notification as soon as the bell button is pressed, except for me. I checked the notification section in the ringer configuration and they are all set identically. Does anyone know who may be to blame? It is very frustrating not to work this basic feature and only for me. All other functions seem to work. If I enable activity notifications, they will send me notifications when they detect a person, etc., but they still don't send me a notification when the button is pressed, even if I have that switch turned on.
