Logitech support scares me – 10 days after a response after requesting return information

The warning has been cleared. We all know the Logitech bell isn’t ready to use, my mother-in-law, because she needed the video features and it’s available from Apple where she got her homepods. Of course it doesn’t work even after I ran a new 24v line and tested the voltage. It works with micro USB exactly as many others have reported. I was working with a type of support that kept insisting that I didn’t have the correct line on the transformer (even though I measured 27v on the transformer and the bell) and I finally agreed to replace it after spending a week blinking yellow and white. Then he ghosted me. It’s been 10 days since the assistance responded, I sent five emails. Today I received their assistance from Twitter, but I do not expect help. Not only are their sounds rubbish, but so is their support. So, if you are looking for a ringtone, wait until after WWDC, where we will see if there is news about more equipment.
