I have a few Logitech View cameras, and I've noticed that even though I've set it to record audio, it doesn't always.
For example, if I haven't looked at the camera in a while and it records something, there is no sound.
If I enter the room and look at something, then it records something after that, the sound is recorded.
This happens with all three rooms, so I just wanted to see if anyone else had a problem or found a solution!
