Logitech's bell suddenly stopped working ...

Cupertino, December 23, 2021

The Logitech Circle Doorbell has been working great for maybe 8 months. Smoothly. Yesterday, * no changes to my network, HomeKit or any settings *, the ringer a) turned off for a long time, then turned on again for a few minutes, then switched off for 5-50 minutes. All day and night. b) even when it was "online" it did not record the movement and we do not receive notifications of any kind. I reset the camera today from the factory and reconnected to HomeKit., It still goes offline regularly and doesn't record any movement or give us any movement. Notifications. ** I'm starting to wonder if the problem is with the HSV HomeKit server. Any ideas? ** Thanks for the help.
