Should we add a style to help us filter HomeKit devices that will work in our region?
For the most part, this will coincide with the line voltage. Most sites that have 120 will have plug / switch configurations that are compatible.
Same for 220-230v standards.

By default / absent it could obviously involve 120V, but those of us with 230 lines, we can help each other.

Remember, it's more than just having a device that works for both voltages. The output points have different physical configurations (square vs rectangle), so they are not directly compatible.
