Hello,
After 3 hours I managed to set my garage opener (I had to add an electrical outlet), so I added it to the HomeKit. The problem started when I was trying to add the device to the Meross app.
I deleted the garage door opener from HomeKit, I had to connect my iPhone to the Meross garage door opener wifi to add it to the app, but the iPhone forced me to add it to the HomeKit instead of the app.
I tried another iPhone without the home app, but also, I had to download the home app, then added it to the HomeKit.
My solution was to use an Android device, I added it to my Meross account, then I managed to manage it from the Meross application on the iPhone. The problem was that I went to the updates and wrote "up to date", but on the Android device I had the 4.1.12 update and I was able to update.
My question is ... is there any way around the app at home, trying to add the device to the HomeKit? I don't want to ask for an Android device again if I delete the garage opener from the Meross app.
