Meross Light Strip does not connect to the Meross application

I have a problem with the Meross smart light strip. As recommended, I started the HomeKit application and connected the Light Strip to the HomeKit. It worked perfectly. Then Meross says it should appear automatically in the Meross app, but it didn’t work. And I couldn’t connect it separately to the Meross app, because it would automatically redirect me to HomeKit. I have the right 2.4 Ghz network etc. So I need your help, thank you. Although I live in Switzerland, but that shouldn’t be a problem, right?
