Meross mini-plugs enter "No Answer" mode constantly

Cupertino, October 6, 2021

I have several Meross Mini sockets throughout the house that I recently bought. When they work, they are wonderful, but it seems that at least once a day they go into "No Answer" mode. Sometimes the second command or restarting the home application will make them work again, but most often, the only solution I found to unplug it and plug it in again. A few outlets are in hard to reach areas. so this process has become * incredibly * annoying. Can I do something to fix this? Is anyone else experiencing this or something similar?
