I just got the Meross HomeKit garage door opener thanks to its good reviews. I connected it to a dedicated Unifi wifi 6 2.4g (ch 6) network and it still disconnects after a few minutes. The only temporary solution is to disconnect and connect the Meross device, only to disconnect it again later. The Apple Home app says "no answer," and the Meross app says "inaccessible." The device only turns on a green light, which means "wifi connection". We have already updated the firmware to 4.1.13. Has anyone experienced this? How do I solve it?
