Meross sensors no longer appear in the Home app.

A few months ago I picked up some Meross temperature sensors and a hub. They installed easily and until yesterday showed the temperature and humidity in the Home app. We had a few automations running with them. Yesterday they started showing as unresponsive, while still reading fine in the Meross app and through Alexa. I reset the hub and added it back to HomeKit, then added the sensors. Now they don't appear at all. Does anyone have any tips on what to check or how to get them back online?
