Hey everyone, just a cautionary tale from me. Do not buy Meross Smart Plugs!!! Had some trouble setting them up, but then they worked pretty well for a few months until February. Since then, I sometimes manage to set them up once every 20 tries, but then lose the Wi-Fi connection the next time they turn off and on again. Their customer support is extremely unhelpful and I've been stuck in a loop with them sending me some basic troubleshooting tutorials every 5 or so for over a month. When I mention warranty they don't acknowledge it and keep sending me stupid advice (I should wait 20 minutes after restarting them now. It started with 30 seconds). I contacted Amazon and they are sending me a new pair even though it has been over 7 months since I bought them. I would prefer to go back and go with a different brand but that was the only option. So take care of Meross, please!
