I'm having some issues connecting to some devices but only through HomeKit. Seems to be the devices that use a hub to connect to the network, are the ones can't talk to anymore.
I am able to talk to all of my Lutron switches with the Lutron app but HomeKit no longer recognizes them. Is there some security setting that will not allow HomeKit to talk to the hub? I am having the same problem with my Phillips Hue hub... again, I can talk to my Philips Hue bulbs with the Philips hue app, but not through HomeKit.
Things were working fine, but I needed to move around routers and now have all of the hubs connected to a gigabit switch on the Root Mesh Router.. previously they were plugged into the satellite router and working fine. My current set up does not allow me to have the hubs with the satellite router anymore so I must leave them with the root router.
Does anyone have any ideas?? Could it be a NAT setting? I really don’t know much about the inner workings of network security.
