Migrating from Hue to Home, you need help for scenes with unresponsive bulbs

I searched the Wiki and online, but couldn’t find the right answer. I’m about to reach the limit of 50 devices on my Hue Bridge, so I’m getting ready to migrate to the Home app when I get my second bridge, because, as I understand it, the Hue app with more than one bridge is painful. I’m somewhat new to Home because I primarily use the Hue app for management and control.

I started by making a scene in my room in the Home app. I added three accessories (bulbs). One of the three bulbs is physically off, the other two are on. When I activate the scene I made, it will turn on both “physically lit” bulbs and give a “failed” error due to the third bulb. However, when I turn off the scene, it will not turn off the two “on” bulbs.

I usually leave all my light bulbs “physically on”, so this shouldn’t be a problem, but my partner often turns off some light bulbs manually. Would this mean that whole scenes will not work? In the Hue app, accessible bulbs can still be controlled.
