More wireless routers causing "No Answer"

Cupertino, November 10, 2020

I live in a big house and I had to extend my network to my office to provide adequate autonomy and speed.

So the configuration is as follows:

On the ground floor: 1 x modem and 1 x wireless router (1)
Upstairs: 1 x wireless router (2) connected via Ethernet to the wireless router (1).

When my phone is connected to the Wireless Router (1), the Home application works as expected, however, when connected to the Wireless Router 2, all devices appear as "unanswered".

How can I make the Home application work on both wireless networks.

Remember, both wireless networks have different names.
