So this is what I am trying to do…
Im currently using hue motion detector. I have two lamps connected to Meross smart plugs.
Basically I want those lamps to turn on for two minutes when motion is detected only from 8am-5pm. After 5pm, I would like the motion sensor to turn them on but leave them on.
My problem is, when I set motion to be detected at a specific time, it no longer works as opposed to leaving the time to Any. Even with just one automation set up for motion to trigger, it still does not trigger at the desired time.
If I delete the automation and set it up again to trigger at any time, it then turns them on fine and shuts off after two minutes. Only when I select a specific time, the lights do not trigger.
What am I doing wrong?
