I recently got a lot of sensors and they get everything running smoothly. My only grip is off-automation. I tried the basic automation if the sensor detects motion lights, never turn off. To turn them off, I did it if the sensor detects no motion off light. The problem sensor is updated fairly regularly, and if I do not move the exact time it controls, the light turns off immediately and I wave my hands like a crazy man.
I do not just use if the sensor detects motion light on, turn off after x time. The problem here is that I do not stay in the room for 30 minutes always, sometimes I stay in the media room for more than 60 minutes. Then I'm back to shouting at Siri or waving my hands again.
What I want is "if the sensor does not detect motion for x time, turn off light". If anyone has a better proposal, let me know.
